St. Anthony Mission Statement

We, the members of the St. Anthony Catholic Community, gather together to worship and celebrate the sacraments, especially the Eucharist, as we strive to live the Gospel in our daily lives.  Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we are called to invite, inform, inspire and ignite the community in our faith journey by fostering stewardship through sharing of our gifts of time, talent and treasure.
We are further called to share our faith through active evangelization and charitable outreach.

Welcome to St. Anthony Preschool! Seven years ago the preschool was just a committee researching the viability of a preschool at St. Anthony’s— today the preschool has grown over the past seven years to its current status of  eight classes of children, one hundred and four students enrolled, and twelve staff members employed. The journey has been one of hard work, commitment, and team work between the teachers, parents, parish and children. The preschool has been blessed with a staff that puts in 100% effort in the job they do. The families we serve also support the preschool in various ways to benefit each child who walks through the doors. The parish lends a helping hand to promote the Catholic faith to the young children as well.

Please feel free to call the preschool with any question you may have. We look forward to helping you along your journey in any way we can.

Sincerely,

Christina Breitbarth, Director

This year the preschoolers will continue the Kindness Curriculum with a new set of     monthly community service projects. The Community Service committee of the Parent Association will be helping with this program by reading a book about the topic, discussing ways to help others, and doing a project with each class to help others. The religion curriculum continues to include the series "I Am Special" teaching the children how special God has made them and the world around them. New this year, the children will spend a week learning about a specific Bible story. The preschoolers will learn about Jonah and the Whale and the prekindergarteners will learn about Creation and Noah's Ark. The monthly prayer services will highlight special ways of praying at church.
